Follow Our Design Process to your Perfect Parisian Pied-à-terre.

We always start with a Zoom Call to see if we’re a good fit. Then we visit the space together and discuss in depth your needs and wants. I will then send you a proposal with three levels of service. You choose the service you want and on y va !

I draw up a plan of the existing space. Review my notes from our discussion about your needs and wants. I do research to get inspiration and then design the broad lines of the space: revised floor plan (if applicable), furniture positioning, colour scheme and textures.

We have a meeting where I present the Conceptual Design: the inspiration, the revised floor plan (if applicable), furniture positioning, colour scheme and textures.

We discuss different options and you give me your feedback - during the meeting and afterwards.

Based on your feedback, I detail the design and propose specific items: finishes, equipment, furniture, and accessories for your new apartment.

Once you have signed off on the Detailed Design, I list the building works, get quotes from trusted contractors, order the products, supervise the building work and the installation of all items.

Then I welcome you with a chilled bottle of champagne to celebrate your new apartment!
