We’ll spend the afternoon together visiting the 2 or 3 properties on your short list to discuss what’s possible.
You’ll receive a Buying Guide, listing the different possible changes for each property, to help you make an informed choice as to which property to purchase.

Renovation Project Assessment
We’ll visit the property you’ve already chosen and discuss what you want to do with the space and how you want it to function. I’ll give you an overall idea not only of what is possible but how to make the space optimally yours.
You’ll receive a Renovation Project Assessment outlining the ideas discussed and an estimation of the renovation costs.

Co-owners Apartment Building Report
I’ll analyse the minutes from the last 3 years (or 5 years if available) of co-owner AGMs and any other documents provided by the Syndic de copropriété about the building of your chosen property.
You’ll receive a Co-propriété Report (in English!) detailing how the building is managed, and including any available data concerning building costs and information about any existing problems.
